Administrasjonsansvarlig
Med ansvar for HR, økonomi og koordinering for daglig leder
Stillingen er en del av matriseledelsen i konsernet og har ansvar for følgende oppgaver:
- Ansvar for av daglig administrasjon i selskapsmatrise som omfatter 5 mindre selskap
- Regnskap, herunder oppfølging av prosjektøkonomi, kunde- og leverandørreskontro
- Lønnsutbetalinger, fakturering, likviditetsoppfølging, samarbeid med revisor og eventuelt ekstern regnskapsleder. Rapportavlegging til driftssjef, lederteam, det offentlige.
- Lede internt HR-arbeid og delta med Teamlederne under ansettelsesprosesser
- Deltakelse i rutineutarbeidelse og vedlikehold for HR og administrasjon
- Deltakelse i forbedringsprosjekt som digitalisering av drift

- Evner å samarbeide godt tverrfaglig både internt og eksternt
- Selvgående og proaktiv, og kommuniserer godt med de rundt deg
- Behersker engelsk både muntlig og skriftlig
- Relevant utdannelse er ønskelig, men praktisk erfaring og personlighet kompenserer for formell utdannelse
- Erfaring med markedsrelatert arbeid vil være en fordel
Stillingen rapporterer til hhv daglig leder og driftssjef og er en del av ledergruppa.
Administration Manager
With responsibility for HR, finance, and coordination for the CEO
The position is part of the matrix management in the group and is responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsible for daily administration in a company matrix that includes 5 smaller companies
- Accounting, including follow-up of project finances, customer and supplier ledgers
- Payroll, invoicing, liquidity follow-up, cooperation with auditor and possibly external accounting manager. Reporting to operations manager, management team, and public authorities.
- Lead internal HR work and participate with Team Leaders during recruitment processes
- Participation in the development and maintenance of routines for HR and administration
- Participation in improvement projects such as digitization of operations
Desired Qualifications:
- We are looking for a person who is clear, structured, and goal-oriented, while also versatile and enjoys providing service and creating team spirit
- Able to collaborate well across disciplines both internally and externally
- Self-driven and proactive, and communicates well with those around you
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Relevant education is desirable, but practical experience and personality can compensate for formal education
- Experience with market-related work is an advantage
The position reports to both the CEO and the operations manager and is part of the management group.
